Israeli University Adds Christian and Muslim Holidays to Calendar
Haifa University will now give days off for Christmas and Id al-Fitr
The Haifa University senate decided this week on three new days off for the entire student body, on the dates of the most important Christian, Muslim and Druze holidays – Christmas, Eid al Fitr, which comes at the end of the Ramadan fast, and Eid al Adha, or the Feast of the Sacrifice.
