Off-Duty Cop in Texas Allegedly Shoots Neighbor's Cat With Arrow
Has been charged with animal cruelty, placed on administrative leaved
A South Texas police officer has been put on administrative leave after being charged with shooting an arrow into a neighbor's cat.
Police in Boerne say Officer Lance Deleon was not on duty when the cat named Bobby was wounded. Police Chief Jim Kohler says the cat was shot using a crossbow.

He could have shot the owners best to count your blessings - the police union would have claimed it was justified
This is all wrong. It's supposed to be a DOG and the cop is supposed to shoot it with an AK-47.
With all the bad press over puppycide I guess the heartless pig needed to find something else to shoot.
