 A former police officer could still be sentenced for kidnapping and raping a waitress in 2010 even though he committed suicide seven months ago.

Anthony Orban, 33, was working as a detective in Westminster when he stalked Erinn* at a Dave and Buster's parking lot at Ontario Mills mall, forced her into her car and then raped her at another location.
