Tsarnaev Brothers May Have Planned Attack on New York City

According to investigators

BOSTON, April 23 (UPI) — The carjacking victim of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects has opened up the possibility the pair was planning a New York City attack, investigators said.

The investigators told CBS news the cache of weapons Tamerlan and Dzhokhar Tsarnaev compiled hints at plans for another attack and the brothers may have planned to go to New York.
