Rand Paul to Speak in New Hampshire

More feeding of 2016 speculation

If you're "seriously considering" running for president like Sen. Rand Paul says he is, then paying a visit to New Hampshire is probably not a bad idea.

Paul, a Republican from Kentucky, will speak next month at the New Hampshire Republican Party's first Liberty Dinner. Republican National Committee Chairman Reince Priebus will also be there.
