Iraqi Newspapers Attacked for Coverage of Cleric
Four people injured
BAGHDAD, April 2 (UPI) -- Four people were injured when a group of Muslims attacked media outlets in Iraq over coverage of an Iraqi cleric.
Kuwait News Agency KUNA said Monday the attacks, carried out at four newspapers in Baghdad, involved knives, swords and sticks but not firearms. The report did not specify what specific coverage had angered the attackers.
