Why would our King want to map something he doesn't have?
Once we have a map, or model of the perfect, healthy brain we can finally compare individual brain maps against this ideal. We can sort through all these people and find out which ones are citizens and which ones are defects.
The proper term will be "valids" and "in-valids."
