Blackberry Posts Unexpected 4Q Profit

Investors got their first glimpse at the BlackBerry's future on Thursday, as the company posted early sales numbers for its new Z10 smartphone.

The company announced that it has sold 1 million of its newest handsets in the quarter ending March 2, within the modest sales expectations analysts had expected for the device announced at the end of January.
