Video shows Stephanie Wilkerson, a driver with Florida's Hillsborough County School District, literally kicked an 8-year-old special needs student off her bus. So Wilkerson put her foot on the girl's back and pushed her out the door. The girl broke her ankle in the fall, and Wilkerson has been charged with aggravated child abuse.
