Karl Rove Says Ideological Purity Should Not Be What Defines Good GOP Candidates
Made the comments while speaking to California Republicans
SACRAMENTO, March 3 (UPI) -- Karl Rove, speaking to California Republicans, renewed his call for a revamped message from the GOP to catch voters in a changing America.
Though he didn't lash out at the Tea Party or its disciples by name, Rove said ideological purity, especially on social issues, can't be the only thing defining good candidates.
