A gauge of planned U.S. business spending increased by the most in just over a year in January and new orders for long-lasting manufactured goods excluding transportation rose solidly, pointing to underlying strength in factory activity.

    The factory numbers are getting weaker, and I don't believe anything the state says anyway.

    They will be telling us we are on the verge of glorious socioeconomic progress while the shelves at Wal Mart are empty and the dollar is collapsing...
