Ohio High School Shooter to Plead Guilty
TJ Lane killed three fellow students last year
A teenager accused of killing three students in an Ohio high school cafeteria a year ago is set to plead guilty.
TJ Lane's lawyer Ian Friedman confirmed the plea deal for the 18-year-old has been in the works for weeks.
Lane was scheduled to appear in a Geauga County courtroom later on Tuesday - just one day before the anniversary of the deadly shootings at Chardon High School, east of Cleveland.
