Warren Buffett's Company Buys Tulsa's Newspaper
Will own 28 dailies once sale is complete
BH Media Group said it will acquire the Tulsa (Okla.) World as the unit of Warren Buffett's Berkshire Hathaway Inc. adds another daily to its stable of newspaper holdings.
No financial terms were disclosed about the transaction, which is scheduled to close next month.
The World, with a daily circulation of 95,000 and a Sunday circulation of 133,000, has been owned by the Lorton family for more than 100 years.
