LAPD: Police have not been in house; Dorner's body not confirmed
Cabin still smoldering and not safe to enter
Following reports that a charred body has been recovered from the cabin where Christopher Dorner had been holed up in Big Bear, officials with the LAPD told KTLA in Los Angeles that police have not yet entered the house, which was still on fire, and have not reported the discovery of any body as yet.
A spokeswoman for the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department said officials will not enter the building until it's considered safe and no more information about the events at the cabin are likely to be released this evening.
