Obamacare's high costs have already forced businesses to make some tough decisions. Now, reports A. Barton Hinkle, due to a 2.3 percent tax on medical devices, manufactures in Massachusetts—a state with its own single-payer system—are warning of potential layoffs. The unintended negative consequences of health care "reform" keep piling up.
