Arkansas House Approves Bill to Allow Guns in Churches
Individual places of worship would be able to set their own rules
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — Arkansas House lawmakers approved the bill permitting concealed handguns in churches and other houses of worship.
The bill passed in the House Monday by a 85-8 vote.
The measure leaves it up to individual places of worship to decide whether to allow concealed handguns and who could carry them.
