Members of Orlando's Municipal Planning Board are accustomed to receiving stacks of tedious zoning reports, but their meeting Tuesday was the first time they gotcarrots.
That veggie offering may have helped one couple make their case.

"The restrictions of 25 percent of my yard ? when it's my yard, I pay taxes on it ? are ridiculous," said Richard Powell, a horticulturalist.
Don't pay those taxes and see whose yard it is.
