Pennsylvania Bill Would Legalize Marijuana
Would treat the stuff just like alcohol
Add Pennsylvania to the list of states where residents could be allowed to possess and smoke marijuana legally.
Democrat State Sen. Daylin Leach, who represents Montgomery and Delaware counties, announced plans to introduce legislation that would legalize marijuana in Pennsylvania.
The bill would legalize marijuana for adults over the age of 21, and regulated just like alcohol is. It would still be illegal to drive under the influence of marijuana, behave badly while publicly intoxicated, or sell pot to minors.

Rick Santorum just shit himself.
So he just woke up on any given day?
"Just like alcohol" in Penna. would mean state stores. Which would mean the sales would be legal under federal law, as long as the store salespeople were enforcement officers.
Actually shitty buds would available in bars by the hit, package stores by the pound and the good stuff would be corralled with minimal selection is a badly lit store run by surly teamsters.

May as well stick to Jack Daniels, dudes. At least a busy night of throwing Jack can be slept off overnight and a morning. Pot takes weeks to leave the bod. Some crazy fuck hits your vehicle and you look remotely like a weed head you're most def facing blood-testing... ESPECIALLY when weed goes 'legal'. Unless you live in a town where you can walk to work I see weed legalization as one more uptick in the DUI cash cow.
