ASPCA Announces Settlement with Feld Entertainment
Agree to pay Ringling Bros $9.3 million after 12 years of litigation
NEW YORK, Dec. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The ASPCA® (The American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals®) today confirmed that it has reached a settlement and is ending 12 years of litigation with Feld Entertainment, Inc., the producer of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® Circus. As part of the settlement, the organization does not admit to any liability or wrongdoing.
