Outgoing Massachusetts senator says victory, defeat temporary

U.S. Sen. Scott Brown said farewell to his colleagues this morning — but gave a strong hint he has every intention of returning to the Senate.

"Victory and defeat is temporary," Brown told his fellow senators in his farewell address from the Senate floor. "Depending on what happens and where we go, all of us, we may obviously meet again."
