A police officer's generosity made for a unique traffic stop in Plano.
Hayden Carlo of Wylie was pulled over recently for an expired registration, KTVT-TV (Channel 11) reports.
Asked why he hadn't renewed, the married father of two told the officer that he had no excuse, other than times have been tough.
