Welsh Government Wants TV Episode Yanked Over Snipe at Policy
Does anybody in the U.K. still savvy free speech?
The Welsh government has asked for a repeat episode of the Welsh-language soap opera Pobol y Cwm to be pulled.
It complained to Welsh language TV channel S4C after a character on the show said the Welsh government "doesn't have the backbone" to cull badgers.
A controversial badger cull in west Wales was cancelled in March when ministers decided to vaccinate the animals instead.
The Welsh government also wants the episode taken off the internet.
