Pornographers Vow to Fight L.A's Measure B
Don't like male performers having to wear condoms
The porn industry will rise again, vowed L.A. pornographers. After Measure B, a law requiring pornographic actors in Los Angeles to wear condoms during sex, passed last night, industry leaders wrote a letter in which they wrote, "We believe that the law is not only unconstitutional on the grounds of forced expression, but also falls within the jurisdiction of the state… Therefore, we will file suit and challenge this intolerable law in court."
