2 Arrested After USC Halloween Shooting
Campus remained on lockdown overnight
Two suspects were in custody following a Halloween-night shooting on the USC campus that left four people wounded, school officials said Thursday.
Capt. David Carlisle said the shooting happened around 11:45 p.m. outside the Ronald Tutor Campus Center, where a large group had gathered.
