Des Moines Register Endorses Mitt Romney
The Iowa newspaper generally leans Democratic
Ten months ago this newspaper endorsed former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney for the Republican nomination for president. An overarching consideration was which of the party's candidates could we see occupying the White House, and there was no question that Romney was qualified for the job.
Now, in the closing days of the general election campaign, the question is which of the two contenders deserves to be the next president of the United States.

A newspaper that endorses candidates from different sides of the aisle? What's the criteria if not blind partisanship? Do they take a vote?
The Des Moines Register isn't the only one endorsing Romney, the Detroit News as well from what I read on Breitbart http://www.breitbart.com/Big-J.....ses-Romney
However, the New York Times on the other hand, is stick with the Stockholm syndrome....
