Chinese artist Ai Weiwei, considered to be the most influential artist in the world, has released his own version of the oft-parodiedviral hit "Gangnam Style." The infectious song is already astatement of sorts, but knowing the thought-provoking artist and political activist, there might be something more to it than that (Weiwei appears handcuffed to another man part way through the video).
