Former Hopewell, Virginia, police officer Mark D. Baggett has been convicted of three counts of sexual battery. Baggett tried to elicit sex from two women he'd pulled over for allegedly driving under the influence and a third he was investigating for shoplifting.

    This is an old story, and the guy was supposed to be sentenced on 09/20, but I can't find any additional news articles about the case.

    I'd like to know what the sentence was, since apparently he was facing 20 years on each count.

      The big paper around here (near where Baggett lives) is the Richmond Times-Dispatch, which last reported on Baggett June 7th. This according to their own search engine, anyway.
