Officers concede that the chocolate Lab never tried to bite them
A Smyrna man says he will file a formal complaint against the Cobb County police officers who shot and killed his dog, while responding to an alarm call at his house.
Robby King was in a rush to get out of his Smyrna home Sunday afternoon because his first grandson was about to be born.
