Leader of Russia's Communist Party Insults Ambassador Stevens
Took to twitter saying, "The American ambassador to Libya was shot down like the lowest dog. He was the main expert for the Libyan 'revolution'. What he reaped, he sowed"
The leader of Russia's Communist Party has published a microblog entry insulting former US ambassador to Libya Christopher Stevens.
The party called his death at the hands of a mob just desserts, Russian media reported.
"The American ambassador to Libya was shot down like the lowest dog. He was the main expert for the Libyan 'revolution'. What he reaped, he sowed," wrote Russian Communist Party leader Gennady Zyuganov in a Monday post in the microblog Twitter.
The tweet was dictated personally by Zyuganov, said Communist Party spokesman Denis Parfyonov, in comments reported by the RIA Novosti news agency.
