Video of Cop Shooting Teen Withheld by Authorities
With no charges brought, people want to know what's in that recording
Nearly a month after a Cameron County grand jury declined to indict two Brownsville police officers in the shooting last January of a Cummings Middle School student, authorities are refusing to make public a video from the scene.
The Cameron County District Attorney's Office is asking the Texas attorney general to back its decision not to release the video.
