Ex-GOP Florida Gov. Crist Endorses Obama
No doubt the timing is just a coincidence.
With tens of thousands of Republicans gathering in Florida for the party's national convention, former Gov. Charlie Crist tossed a political stink bomb into the festivities Sunday by endorsing President Obama for reelection.
Crist, an independent who abandoned the Republican Party during his 2010 run for U.S. Senate, bashed the GOP and praised Obama in an essay published by the Tampa Bay Times. Republican leaders reacted by calling Crist a "crass opportunist" angling to run for governor as a Democrat in 2014.

"I'm shocked, shocked to find that gambling is going on in here."
He actually wondered why non-RINO Republicans didn't want him to get the nomination for U.S. Senator?
All four people in Florida who still care what Crist has to say are furiously taking notes.
He now works for one of those Cheezy TV-advertised law firms. "Morgan and Morgan, For the People."
Now that he has "come out" as an Obama supporter will Crist make any personal revelations? After all he is now on record as a supporter of the party of "inclusion".
Looks like Crist is trying to position himself as a Democratic rock star by abandoning the RINO party and endorsing Obama. Next he'll switch parties and run as a Democrat. It'll be interesting to see how he's treated by Democrats now, and if he can get their votes in a primary.
Crist has always jumped into bed with whomever would do him the most good at any moment.
