A key Miami Beach official tasked with restoring trust in a tainted code compliance division may first need to restore his bosses' faith.
Code Compliance Director Robert Santos-Alborná has been ordered to take training courses "on improving supervisory skills" following an internal inquiry into whether he and his allegedly felonious second-in-command were dating their employees.
