State Senator Wants Apology From Lil Wayne For Not Liking New York

The rapper Lil Wayne said he "flat out" didn't like New York. He spent eight months on Riker's for illegal gun possession and maybe he's no fan of stop and frisk either. That city sucks a lot more than it used to. But at least it's safe!
