North Korea Aims to Expand Economic Opportunity

Still thinks communism the way to go.

BEIJING, Aug. 15 (UPI) -- North Korea aims to expand its international economic opportunities while maintaining the political status quo, an analyst in South Korea said.

North Korean politician Jang Song Thaek met in Beijing with Chinese Commerce Minister Chen Deming to discuss bilateral economic activity. Trade with China makes up nearly all of North Korea's foreign economic activity.
