No Motive Yet in FRC Shooting
Guard shot in arm during attack at conservative group's offices
A security guard at the Family Research Council in Washington, D.C., was shot and injured Wednesday morning.
The shooting occurred on the 800 block of G Street NW, inside the Christian lobbying organization's headquarters, FRC President Tony Perkins confirmed in a statement.
"The police are investigating this incident. Our first concern is with our colleague who was shot today. Our concern is for him and his family," he said.
