SACRAMENTO, CA - A former Sacramento County sheriff's deputy was sentenced for identity theft and unlawful possession of a controlled substance convictions.
Kelly Curran Smith, 43, was sentenced by a Sacramento Superior Court judge to 120 days in jail, five years probation and required to enroll in a drug diversion program, reports the Sacramento County District Attorney's Office.
