Hope of Fiscal Activism Causes Stocks To Rise
It is looking more likely that the European Central Bank will act to try and contain the euro-crisis.
Stocks climbed near session highs Tuesday, with the S&P and Nasdaq crossing above key levels, amid ongoing optimism the ECB will act soon to ease the euro zone crisis.
