Lawyers for a New Brunswick man shot by city police filed a federal lawsuit Tuesday contending officers continued shooting even after the man was lying wounded, sprawled across the city street.
The wounded man, 19-year-old Victor Rodriguez, sat Tuesday in his wheel chair, paralyzed from the waist down, as his lawyers played a security camera video tape showing him being shot.
