Or at least that's the picture readers get—quite literally—from reading Jonathan Gruber's Health Care Reform: What It Is, Why It's Necessary, How It Works, a desperate attempt to make the case for ObamaCare in graphic novel form. As Senior Editor Peter Suderman explains, the case for Obama's health care law is just as annoying when it's made in cartoons.
