"And ss we've seen, any time the government gets involved in trying to affect a price, it creates bubbles. When those bubbles burst, we are in a world of hurt."
But eveyone enjoys bubbles, so it seems to me that the bubbles aren't the problem, just the bursting. So, obviously, the state just has to focus its efforts on keeping the surface tension on those various bubbles juuuuuuuuuuust right to keep them from blowing up. Why am I the only one who sees this?
I prefer tiny bubbles.
I prefer nappy-headed bubbles.
I prefer happy-ending bubbles

Interesting story. I'd also be interested in the counter story that suggest Salon is interested in the first amendment.
By the way, your link doesn't work.
Volokh covered this.

If the gloves story don't fit you must acquit bury it
BTW, I own that name.

Dumbshit troll has used that retarded joke handle before. She posts under a thousand names, but can't resist going back to one that wasn't remotely funny in the first place.
SugarFree, I love your paranoia. When you need a an insulin fix, do you wonder if I tampered with it too?
Hmm, I might
