Writing in The Wall Street Journal, Senior Editor Katherine Mangu-Ward reviews Joe Roman's new book Listed: Dispatches from America's Endangered Species Act. As she observes, ever since the Endangered Species Act's 1973 debut, supporters and opponents have accused each other of playing politics with the fates of nearly extinct plants and animals. And to be fair, both sides are usually right.

just read that the ESA is gonna be revoked on grey wolves since the pop is 5k+ & both their range & numbers continue to expand rapidly.
