Brian, a suggestion - with that shirt and coat, try a navy tie.

Weird thing about the RT setup is, if you are staring straight at the camera you are staring straight at a video feed of yourself. You all are correct, I should not have let that cause my eyes to wander, but it did. My hair is what it is right now, it isn't designed for TV. Yes on the collar.
