A Rubbish Charge

After a power outage, a Tesco in Essex, England, tossed out thousands of pounds of frozen goods because they would thaw out and spoil. When locals discovered all of the food in a nearby dumpster, they helped themselves to it. At least one of those people, Sasha Hall, was arrested by police and charged with theft by finding.
