Picture Perfect
Kimberly Shields was arrested, strip searched, deloused, and placed in the Seminole County, Florida, jail. She kept telling jailers they had the wrong person, and they did. Someone else had stolen her identity. Jailers found a photo of the woman they wanted and quickly figured out the truth. But they didn't free Shields. Instead, according to jail records they held her another 24 hours, until a judge ordered her released.
