A New Hampshire State Police dog attacked a 13-year-old girl and her dog, sending the girl to the hospital. The dog had been brought to the scene of a car accident in Concord to sniff for drugs when it got away from its handler and rushed across the street where Frances Burke-Bevis was waking her dog. The police dog bit the girl on her hand.
