I was super thrilled when I saw this when it was first aired.
Best episode of this season.
One of the best episodes ever of one of the best show ever.

Don't feed it, please.
the new hawaii five-o sure puts cops in a good light. shit mcgarret and danno should be doing fifteen to twenty.
Very good episode, but with a mistake at the very end. Penn shouldn't have been assuming that the police and prosecutors are representative samples for the entire population. Even if most people are good, the bad ones self-select themselves for professions where they can be evil towards others. Both groups Penn mentioned have a much greater share of evil people than the general population.
