Upbraided
Milwaukee police have cited a teacher at Congress Elementary School for disorderly conduct after she cut off one of the braids of seven-year-old Lamya Cammon. The teacher, who wasn't named in press reports, used a pair of scissors to cut off the braid after warning the girl to stop playing with her hair in class.
