Does every town council have one of those demagogues? I can name the one in my town. Of course, the rest of them are boobs, no improvement.

The new leash-laws in Dothan Alabama give city employees legal permission to search any yard and out buildings including garages for dangerous or neglected animals. They don't need no stinkin warrants.
