Our Right to Buy Tacos

Gustavo "¡Ask a Mexican!" Arellano has a fun piece in the OC Weekly about the taco-truck entrepreneurs of Orange County, California. There's a lot in there about their regulatory struggles, and a fair amount about private coercion as well, but also some straight business reporting about the ways the lonchera industry has evolved with the times.
