Last week, Reason.com asked a baker's dozen of legal experts to speculate on who President Barack Obama would pick to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice David Souter.
How did our panel do? Just three of 13 picked Judge Sonia Sotomayor by name. And three of those three picked her along with at least one other potential nominee.

Has the Presidential Suit done anything which indicates any respect whatsoever for the rule of law?
Judge Sotomayor is certainly below the Vicki Mendoza diagonal.

Seeing as Sotomayor was mentioned by almost every pundit on cable, I'm surprised the reason guys are so out of touch. Then again, maybe I shouldn't be.
